How do I book a tarot or spell tier?
Choose your tier in the Book tarot & spiritual work section and tap the tier button — it should link to Calendly, Sesami, Appointly, or a Shopify service product. Pick the format (written, voice, or video) that matches the tier you paid for.
Do I pay before or after the session?
Payment is usually required when you book or at checkout, so your time is held on the calendar. If you use a different flow (invoice after booking), say so here and link to your policy page.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — most shops allow rescheduling with notice (e.g. 24–48 hours). Add your exact window, fees for late cancellations, and how to contact you, so it matches your booking tool settings.
What does “distance” mean for readings and candle work?
Readings are delivered remotely (written, voice, or video). Candle and spell work is done at our altar; you receive photos and updates by email or message so you can follow the work from anywhere.
How does wholesale approval work?
Apply through the wholesale portal. Once approved, your account is tagged for B2B pricing and rules (MOQ, etc.) in Shopify or your wholesale app. Retail visitors don’t see wholesale rates until they’re logged in as approved buyers.
Gift box: shipping, skip, and cancel?
Member boxes ship on your schedule (set in Subscriptions / Recharge). Customers can skip a month or cancel according to the terms on your gift box product and policy pages — link those here if needed.
How long do dropship items take?
Dropship SKUs ship from partner warehouses. Each product page lists estimated handling and transit; policies for delays and carriers are in your shipping policy.
Do you offer refunds on services or candles?
Spell work and custom dressed candles are often final once work begins — state your actual refund and dispute policy here and link to Terms or Returns for full detail.
