Fenugreek

Directions: Boil contents in 2 quarts of water. Strain mixture and pour liquid into half tub of water. Mix well and stay in tub about 7 minutes while bathing & reflect on desires. Instrucciones: Ponga a hervir el contenido en 2 cuartos de agua, cuele la porcion. Revuelva bien y deje reposar por siete minutos. Use como agua para baño o para riego y Aromaterapia.
